Financial Policies

The Pujari Center does not bill insurance directly or submit bills to Medicare. However, we do provide you with a written statement which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies will reimburse for the majority of the cost of your visit, but we encourage you to contact your health plan if you have questions about coverage and reimbursement policies.

Our fees may vary depending on the service provided. To allow you to prepare better, we will inform you of the expected fee prior to your visit. Payment plans are available.
